EXCEPTIONAL RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANING
serving Arlington Heights & surrounding areas
Hi, I'm Suzanne! I own Arlington Heights Cleaning based right here in Arlington Heights and we treat every home and business we clean like it’s our own. We are guided by the belief that doing a great job certainly involves high-quality cleaning work, but just as importantly requires knowing how to deliver a reliable, consistent & hassle-free service with cleaners that you trust and look forward to seeing in your home or business. To this end, we hold high standards on every clean, and are known for clear communication, exceptional customer service, and reliable, consistent results.

HI, I'M SUZANNE....
I started cleaning in 2000 and over the years developed a successful home cleaning business that has grown to include commercial and post-construction cleaning as well. I've always been guided by the belief that if I just do a great job, the rest will follow: happy clients, happy workers, plenty of business. Doing a great job certainly involves high-quality cleaning work, but just as importantly requires knowing how to deliver a reliable, hassle-free service with cleaners that you trust and look forward to seeing in your home or business.

I'm fulfilled when I'm making it a win-win-win for my clients, my employees and my business.
I enjoy seeing that we really do make our clients' lives easier. It's so rewarding when clients call me and express what a relief it is to come home to a clean, orderly house on the days we've cleaned.
I also enjoy creating good, flexible, (better than) living-wage jobs. Cleaning can be a great job for people who need flexible hours, who like working hard, like the satisfaction of seeing an immediate result and get paid well in return. And this has all helped my business thrive.

I really enjoy what I do: I love the problem-solving and creativity that running a business requires. I like continually finding ways to make it better. It's an enjoyable challenge to continually create better systems and it's fun to see consistent improvement. Give me a call or email and I'll be happy to come out to your home or worksite to do a free walk-through and estimate.

Why Choose
Arlington Heights Cleaning
Our Cleaners
Our cleaners are the heart and soul of what we do and I'm entirely indebted to their hard work and great attitudes. Having been in the field for 15 years myself, I know how hard the work can be and I love making this the best job it can be, paying above the Cook County living wage and promoting from within.
All cleaners are thoroughly vetted including background checks and complete a 3-week structured training program.
Non-toxic cleaning product options
We are stocked with an arsenal of non-toxic cleaning products but also are practical and use heavier duty products where needed. We try not to overuse chemicals when not necessary and always use something pet-safe for mopping home floors. We carry EPA-registered disinfectants for various commercial cleaning needs. But above all, we are happy to use any of your favorite cleaning products as you prefer.
Quality Control
We use multiple levels of quality control depending on the kind of cleaning (home, commercial or post-construction) including team leads and a dedicated quality control manager. These systems are dynamic - continually evolving to better ensure consistent results.
